We are seeking a highly motivated and organized trainee to join our Network Infrastructure Delivery and Operations Transformation Business Office as a Project Management & Business Analysis Trainee. In our team, we focus on the constant improvement of existing processes, tools and organization setup, facilitating knowledge sharing and harmonizing changes. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in project management and business analysis. This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in managing projects, assessing business needs, and contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Duration: 12 months
Start Date (tentative): September 2025
Location: Hybrid in Amadora, Portugal
Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate finishing their BSc or MSc degree in Management, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field with an accredited school

You have:

Master or Bachelor in Management (MBA), Business Analytics, Engineering or a similar fieldBasic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)Knowledge in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar)Skills or coursework in business analysis and data interpretation, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusionsExcellent communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

It would be nice if you also had:

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)Strong problem-solving and organizational skillsAssist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activitiesConduct business analysis to provide insights for decision-makingPrepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholdersHelp identify process improvements and efficiency opportunitiesUse project management tools to track tasks and progressCollaborate with different, cross-functional teams with the opportunity to learn from experienced project managers, to align business requirements with project goals
