CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager – Telecom opening for our client. Location: Remote (candidates must be located in AKST or PST time zones) Duration: 12 months Duties: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendor partners to ensure alignment on telecom project objectives. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for telecom systems and applications. Support project delivery activities by tracking milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to validate requirements and drive clarity in ambiguous situations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations. Create and maintain project documentation, including business process flows, requirements traceability, and change requests. Ensure quality and compliance with organizational and industry standards. Assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance activities for telecom solutions. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Excellent facilitation and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar tools (ServiceNow training can be provided). Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the telecom industry or working on telecom-related projects. Experience supporting enterprise-level IT or software projects. Background in project planning, governance, and risk/issue management. Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams in a large enterprise environment. Familiarity with telecom systems, infrastructure, or service delivery is preferred. Education: Bachelor's Degree Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
