JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the overall release delivery process, manage release activites and dependencies across products and teams
• Manage overall release schedule and coordinate with cross functional groups on cross team dependencies and release readiness activities
• Drive release status updates and provide clarity to all stakeholders, including the team, on progress towards the agreed milestones
• Measure release effectiveness leveraging data trends and metrics to improve the overall customer experience
• Support various tech initiative delivery by driving implementation planning, support testing, and go-to market planning and execution
• Coordinate project activities across associated project teams; track progress against established plans, report results with project stakeholders
• Develop project communications, including creation of status reports and summaries, tracking escalations and resolutions of issues, coordinating stakeholder meetings and updates, and updating project and program plans
• Manage project timelines, clearly setting expectations, and realigning expectations internally as priorities change
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Senior delivery manager with 10 plus years’ experience; managing digital product or service delivery and release in an agile environment
• Technical Delivery Manager role contributes to the success by managing and facilitating the product release process and execution across the Digital Platform Engineering
• Technical background and attention to detail enable them to identify risks, drive development with predictability and challenge assumptions.
• Able to work across disciplines for alignment on product delivery expectations
• Expert-level knowledge of standards and practices for IT project and program lifecycle management activities and deliverables
• Understanding of IT program and portfolio management practices.
• Clear understanding of project technical activities, including: solution analysis and design; enterprise, solution, and infrastructure architecture; systems integration; data conversion and migration; environment management and build processes; and deployment planning and execution.
• Expertise in productivity/collaboration tools, particularly Jira, confluence, ServiceNow
