Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
manage projects for the development and optimization of supply chain and procurement processes in a global environment – driven by strategic initiatives, legal requirements, or new IT solutions (e.g. ERP functionalities, EDI connections). apply analytical methods such as process mapping, KPI evaluations, and data quality checks to make processes more efficient and transparent. lead the change management for new processes and systems – including communication strategies, training concepts, stakeholder management, and initiatives to ensure sustainable master data quality. contribute to the development of standards and best practices in project management as well as the continuous improvement of supply chain processes. collaborate closely with Procurement, Production, IT, Logistics, international sites (France, USA, Brazil, China, India), and external partners.
What do we expect from you?
You:
hold a degree in industrial engineering or a related field (University/University of Applied Sciences). have experience in project management within Supply Chain, Production, or Procurement. Possess strong analytical skills, think in a networked way, and work independently. bring experience in building dashboards as well as data harmonization and analysis – and are eager to develop further in this area. ideally have international professional experience. have programming skills, which are a plus. communicate fluently in both German and English.
