In the role of Project Manager you'll play a pivotal part on our Supply Chain team. The Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for leading critical projects that impact supply chain operations, including transfer of work, dual sourcing, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role ensures projects are executed on time, within scope, and on budget while effectively coordinating cross-functional teams. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. **Job Requirements** Qualifications & Experience: 7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or project management within the aerospace or manufacturing industry. Strong expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Experience in supplier management, strategic sourcing, and logistics operations. Knowledge of engineering principles related to material selection, production processes, and supplier qualification. Familiarity with technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and validation reports for supplier components. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in ERP systems, project management software, and supply chain analytics tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
