Your Key Responsibilities Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand workforce planning requirements Build and advance workforce supply and demand models that will improve operating accuracy and efficiency, in line with Schaeffler’s strategy and planning processes Analyze operational and human capital data to comprehend trends, opportunities and risks for the organization Provide insights and consult on strategies to address identified workforce gaps and needs Establish trust and effective use of forward-looking workforce plans Monitor workforce actions and track for impact Stay up to date on industry trends, innovation and best practices in workforce planning Continuously improve the Strategic Workforce Planning portfolio and process Your Qualifications Academic degree in business administration, business informatics, international management, human resource management, accounting/controlling, or similar field Proven experience in business development, workforce planning, people analytics, or a similar role Strong sense of ownership and enthusiasm for the interaction of data, people, and business plans Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and with stakeholders across all levels Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and project management skills Structured, and self-driven way of working with attention to detail and quality Proficiency in data processing and data visualization tools such as KNIME and/or MS Power BI through academic projects, programs or past work experience Fluent in English language
