Project Manager – Field/Construction
Location: Des Moines, IA 50315
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $54/hour (max)

Job Summary

Field project manager that will manage work in the southwest Atlanta, GA area. The candidate needs to have past construction project management work.The Project Manager will oversee, develop, and implement projects of varying size and complexity within the assigned functional area. This role partners with business stakeholders to ensure successful project completion, driving execution from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, objectives, and timelines are met.

Facilitate project planning sessions with stakeholders to define goals and deliverables.

Develop project plans, establish timelines, identify milestones, and track performance.

Monitor budgets, conduct research/analysis, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and obstacles using problem-solving and quality tools.

Communicate project status regularly to sponsors, stakeholders, and teams.

Document and share learnings to enhance project outcomes across the organization.

Assign resources, guide team members, and provide coaching/feedback throughout project phases.
