Project Manager Field Service/Construction Location: Milwaukee, WI Pay: $52/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction project management. This role is responsible for overseeing field projects in Milwaukee, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and an effective communicator with all project stakeholders. Responsibilities + Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion. + Facilitate project planning sessions with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables. + Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and performance measures. + Monitor project budgets, track risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues. + Communicate project status and updates with leadership and stakeholders. + Allocate and manage resources effectively; coach and support team members. + Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. + Share lessons learned and best practices with other teams. Qualifications + 5–10 years of construction project management experience required. + Strong communication and leadership skills. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. + Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving skills. + Proven experience managing project budgets, risks, and resources.
