Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Vice President and Associate Chief Nurse Executive, this role leads and directs high-priority, complex system nursing initiatives across a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic organizational goals. Applies LEAN and Change Management methodologies to drive operational efficiency and sustainable transformation.

Key Responsibilities:  

Lead and oversee high-priority, complex system nursing initiatives across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals.Apply LEAN and Change Management methodologies to optimize operational efficiency and foster sustainable change.Manage projects according to organizational methodologies, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to scope and financial parameters.Collaborate with interdisciplinary stakeholders to align project objectives with diverse business needs.Oversee the full data lifecycle—including collection, aggregation, advanced analysis, and continuous monitoring—to generate actionable insights.Utilize data insights to inform strategic decision-making and enhance operational performance.Demonstrate a deep understanding of nursing practice and workflows, assessing the impact of change on end users and developing effective mitigation strategies.Facilitate meetings independently, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.Deliver clear, professional communications and engaging presentations tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring effective message delivery across varying levels of expertise and interest.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required. Master's Degree in Nursing is preferred.Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.PMP Certification preferred.Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.Requires proficiency with obtaining and analyzing data from a variety of sources. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.LEAN and change management methodology experience preferred.
