Project Manager - Security Delivery Center Excellence
**CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager – Security Delivery Center Excellence opening for our client in Atlanta, GA.** **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 11 months **Duties:** + Oversee a project team to deliver Cybersecurity Services solutions, ensuring scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables are met. + Develop and document processes to support Portfolio Project Methodology and Governance practices, ensuring effective project delivery. + Provide oversight and guidance to security delivery teams to ensure adherence to standard project protocols. + Act as an individual contributor with ownership of portfolio management, quality assurance, governance, and reporting routines. + Manage multiple deliverables for the Corporate Cyber Security Delivery team, including data analysis and workflow diagrams. + Work in an indirect leadership capacity to influence collaboration, communication, and adherence to governance processes. + Oversee internal reporting and system processes for contract/account financial performance. + Manage project resources, including subcontractors, partners, and vendors, while establishing effective communication plans. + Provide day-to-day direction and regular project status updates to the client. + Harvest intellectual capital, obtain client references, and forward recommendations at project completion. **Skills:** + Security Delivery Center of Excellence experience (required). + Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. + Ability to manage scope, cost, schedule, and risk across complex projects. + Knowledge of Cybersecurity Services offerings, governance, and reporting practices. **Experience:** + 5–10 years of experience in the financial services industry or consulting (preferred). + Large IT portfolio management, governance, and reporting experience. + 5 years of experience in Information Security and Cyber Security. + Proven track record in process improvement and program delivery governance. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred). + Process Improvement certifications such as Six Sigma (preferred). The expected base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $111,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
