Job Description Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead a high-impact initiative for a client. This role will focus on managing a cloud migration project, working closely with both client and vendor teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong Agile mindset without being overly rigid, and has a solid technical background to effectively manage cross-functional teams and technical deliverables. Key Responsibilities:  Lead and manage Agile ceremonies and project delivery for the cloud migration.  Collaborate with stakeholders from both vendor and client to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.  Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.  Track project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to leadership.  Ensure technical teams are supported and impediments are removed promptly.  Coordinate across hybrid teams to maintain momentum and accountability. Skills and Requirements 7+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, managing large technical projects.  Proven experience running Agile projects; experience as a Scrum Master or holds relevant certifications (CSM, PSM).  Background in technical project management; familiarity/experience with cloud technologies is highly desirable.  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
