The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Project Manager professional with hands-on SAP experience to manage projects in support of an SAP based Supply Chain Management program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP implementations and upgrades, with specific experience in S/4 HANA migrations. The candidate will manage multiple projects of various size and complexity.

Responsibilities:
Expected duties include but are not limited to:

Provide project management expertise to support Enterprise IT Group requirements.Scope, design, and manage business modernization projects in support of a federal public-sector SAP ERP system.Plan and manage tasks in support of an SAP upgrade to S/4 HANACoordinate cross-functional teams (functional, data analytics, AI/ML architects, security) to plan and integrate GenAI solutionsEnsure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Manage data gathering and analysis efforts by recommending and designing approaches to tasks.Produce project documentation and briefings for government customers.Create communication materials that deliver continuity in key messages and provide common standards and methods for operations.Prepare and coordinate program control gate documentation, schedule meetings, and document and track project schedules, actions, and milestones.Oversee cutover execution, and hypercare stabilization after go-liveParticipate in product development, product reviews and beta testing in support of deliverables.Collaborate with external system owners, hardware vendors, and cloud infrastructure teams to align deliverables.Manage the project team using an agile development methodology and tools to quickly deliver high quality solutionsPromote and communicate program best practices.  Support Earned Value procedures managing to avoid cost and/or schedule variances.

Report and escalate innovation ideas, challenges, and issues to management as needed

Qualifications:

Required: 

Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience, including three to five years of supervisory/management experience.System integration, project integration, and/or project management (PM) experienceFamiliar with Agile methodologiesHands on experience with SAP ERP Software solutions; S/4 HANA experience preferredExperience using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ProjectDemonstrated ability to work effectively in team environmentsAbility to gain concurrence and collaborate across multiple government sponsor groupsAbility to communicate effectively with:Management – providing status information, suggesting options and corrective actions, and taking direction when decisions are madeDiverse customer organizations – accepting guidance and feedback on requirements and deliverablesEffective interpersonal skills


Desired:

Experience with Agile Scrum SDLC methodologyExperience with Microfocus ALM and test cycle managementExperience with JiraExperience with SAP Release Management Processes including Cloud ALM or ChARMFamiliarity with emerging SAP GenAI capabilities, such as SAP Joule, SAP Generative AI Hub, and SAP AI Core, to lead relevant discussions

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
