Kforce has a client in Detroit, MI that is seeking a Project Manager (Robotics). This role is in multiple locations and travel is required (75%-100%). This is a contract (4 months with potential extension) position. Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the execution of complex engineering and field-based programs. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery-from planning and resource allocation to execution, monitoring, and reporting-while ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the coordination and completion of engineering-focused projects and programs * Define project scope, set deadlines, assign tasks, and track deliverables * Monitor and report project progress to senior leadership and stakeholders * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and field services * Apply technical knowledge to resolve on-site issues and ensure operational continuity * Leverage judgment and experience to identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely resolution * Direct the work of other team members and contractors as needed * Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures while in the field
