Job Description

As a Project Manager – Returns, you will support the planning and execution of key initiatives within the returns function. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The Details 

Coordinate and manage returns-related projects across multiple teams and regionsSupport the implementation of initiatives aimed at reducing return ratesMonitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomesCollaborate with third-party logistics providers to ensure service levels are metAssist in analysing returns data to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesSupport the Returns Transformation Project through planning, documentation, and stakeholder engagementWork with Finance, Global Trade, Buying & Merchandising, Warehousing, IT, and Customer Care to ensure alignmentContribute to the development of operational processes and documentationMaintain strong working relationships with external suppliers and internal teams

Qualifications

About You  

Experience in project management within e-commerce or retail environmentsUnderstanding of supply chain and logistics operationsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyFamiliarity with returns processes and customer experience considerationsProficiency in project management tools and reportingAnalytical mindset with attention to detail
