- Consistent interaction with clients, architects, engineers and local jurisdictions
- Developing Business Relationships within the surrounding community
- Utilize project management tools to track project costs
- Prepare costs for completion and job finalization.What You Need for this Position- 5+ years of Project Management Experience
- Book of Business
- Commercial Construction Experience
- Tenant Improvement Experience is a HUGE plus
- BS in Construction Management is a HUGE plus
