This role will be responsible to work with the Global Talent Services Head to project manage multiple projects globally as the launch of a new model takes place **Main responsibilities:** + Work with regional heads and leads and establish a concurrent management schedule ​ + Collect and analyze project reports and data, such as budgets, schedules, and performance metrics for identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.​ + Accountable for aligning project objectives with the company’s strategic goals and ensuring that projects are executed effectively​ + Maintain project documentation, track resource schedules, coordinate meetings and training, and assist with budgeting and financial tracking​ + Define and implement methodologies and a governance framework including risk management, change control, and quality assurance processes to ensure that projects are initiated, executed, and monitored in accordance with the set guidelines.​ **About you** You are passionate about delivering exceptional experience and are driven by a desire to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and are adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. **Experience** : + Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects + Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and HR organisations across multiple geographies **Soft and technical skills** : + Exceptional communication and strong candidate and stakeholder management skills. + Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills + Project management skills + Fair understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies is a plus.
