PROJECT MANAGER PMO **At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.** **Job Overview** **Your main tasks** •Lead cross-functional special initiatives on behalf of the Sector CI leadership and excellence areas •Drive Special BU/Sector level special projects/A3s that provide directional actions handed over to BUs to execute •Act as the bridge between strategy and execution, especially for complex, BU-wide transformations and handover under Commercial Excellence •Provide support for growth, portfolio and technology excellence domains as needed •Pipeline Overview to enable execution governance and accelerate value realization across initiatives •Kaizen funnel health •Support the EETC roadmap, milestones, and help other BU’s in terms of deployment methods •Map out, align, and document end-to-end processes as needed •Establish tiered training structures to deploy processes and ensure global adherence. •Take on comprehensive projects and drive them with a high degree of latitude, ensure proper goalsetting and timelines as well as adequate resources, seek support, and own the end-to-end. **Your ideal background** + Graduate degree in business, operations, engineering, or another related field. + 3+ years of experience in PMO, functional leadership, or Business Transformation. + Project excellence methodologies. + Previous Experience in Continuous Improvement, Program and Project Management, or similar + Proven experience in a large, matrixed, global organization, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects to completion. + Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects and programs and meet scope, schedule, and objectives within deadlines. **Competencies** **ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY** TE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
