CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager – PM III opening for our client in Phoenix, AZ. Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: Ongoing contract Duties: Coordinate cross-functional meetings and develop agendas Track progress on multiple concurrent work efforts across operations, servicing, development, and product teams Draft, maintain, and update project plans and schedules Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and follow up on resolution activities Ensure accountability for goals, timelines, and deliverables across teams Collaborate closely with the Program Manager to provide timely status updates and progress reports Partner with the Director to coordinate, prioritize, and plan the rolling roadmap for the workstream Skills: Approximately 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an operations-heavy or cross-functional environment Strong organizational and planning skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in project management tools and methodologies Excellent risk management and communication skills Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination capabilities Experience: 5+ years of professional project management experience, ideally supporting multiple workstreams within operations Experience working with both business and technical teams including development and product groups Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
