We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Percussive Drilling Services team in Red Lake, Ontario. **Responsibilities** + Coordinates and communicate activities and between internal & external clients. + Schedule crews and communicate daily project plans + Researches and analyzes development and product life cycles. + Acts as the technical and content expert for the project + Analyzes, organizes, monitors and evaluates specified area including financial analysis + Revises or creates procedures to improve efficiency of workflow. + Initiates cost reduction programs, prepares proposals, and articulates product position, key benefits and value proposition. + Works with vendors and other third parties. + Accountable for the delivery of all technical services. + Maintaining optimal short and long term business plans. + Scheduling and budgeting as well as exposure to ground control, industrial engineering and improvement projects. **Minimum Qualifications** + Project Management Experience + Must have valid Canada Driver’s License + Professional Engineer Designation preferred + Strong leadership and communication skills are a requirement for this position + This is a hands-on position that requires a decisive individual with a high level of initiative **Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2-5 years of directly related experience.** **Compensation, Benefits and Perks** Talented people are attracted to companies with long-term success and a supportive workplace culture that encourages work-life balance.
