About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Patient and Consumer Experience team. This role will lead and support initiatives that enhance the patient and consumer journey across IU Health. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, loves learning, thrives in cross-functional environments, and is passionate about improving healthcare delivery through operational excellence and compassionate service.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage multiple projects focused on improving patient experience, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.Facilitate working sessions, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up using tools like the Action Item Tracker.Collaborate with HR, Service Line Ops, Medical Group, Regional Experience Design and Education/Training teams to support onboarding, training, and go-live readiness.Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., Qualtrics) on patient experience-related initiatives.Support change management and communications efforts aligned with broader organizational goals.Lead risk identification and mitigation planning for patient experience projects.

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.3-5 years of relevant Project Management experience required.PMP certification preferred.Healthcare Industry experience a plus.Experience working in a complex, matrix environment
