Objective: Successfully leading cross functional, interdisciplinary teams to ensure the correct application and execution of the PEP and be accountable for the assigned projects and ensure the full transparency within assigned projects, proactively reporting to different management levels.

Following up targets with the Project manager in terms of quality, costs and timing. Providing timely project decisions and identifying critical paths in order to establish prioritized actions.Defining, planning, coordinating and monitoring project maturity, internal tasks / work packages within the production team.Actively identifying claims potential resulting from engineering changes and maintaining a valid status on engineering changes with regards to their effects on the project targets.Understanding and knowing the product specifications and manufacturing process to the extent that they build a basis for profound decisions for the project manager to manage his project.Preparing Run @Rate, obtaining assessment and all needed documentation for process approval.Ensure that the P-FMEA is created, and that the assessment of the risks is done properly, and introduction of sustainable improvements is secured
