As a Project Manager, you will design, develop and manage customer projects according to defined Project Management standards and customer requirements with responsibility for financial results.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will establish schedules, scopes, budget and implementation plans including risk mitigation. You will coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule and budget.You will report project outcomes and risks and escalate issues as necessary according to project plan. You will implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables. You will ensure adherence to internal Project Management policies, guidelines, programs and standards. You will monitor the quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations. You will provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and clients. You will be responsible for preparation, compilation, organization and submission of project-related documentation to internal, external suppliers and regulatory bodies. You will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date and systematic filling system for all project documents, both hardcopy and electronic records. Support for internal and external audit. You will perform any other administrative work as assigned to support the project management team.

Your qualifications and experience:

You hold a successfully completed Degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Construction or equivalent.You have at least 2 years Project Implementation, preferably from Healthcare Imaging/Therapy Industry or Construction.

Your attributes and skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting technical drawings. Proficient in using MS Office Suite (especially Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)Strong problem-solving and critical thinking. Excellent in written and verbal communication and follow-up skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. The ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively to meet deadline.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Team player and able to work independently
