Role Summary:
This role ensures efficient Project Management across the North Europe Sub region (SEN) within Mobility Aftermarket (MA) with a key focus on consistent and effective use of data and project management tools. Supporting the SEN leadership team and the wider MA business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Implementation of Data Driven Strategy
Combine data resources of two sub regions to achieve consistency and effective use across SENEnsure consistent and strategic use of data across the sub region and Europe to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness and drive business forwardAnalyse and utilise data to identify areas of actions and improvementsImprove effective use of data on local, regional and European levelLeverage and utilise data as a strategic asset to become a data-driven companyMake data-driven decisionsProject Management
Ensure consistency in Project Management across the sub region and Europe adhering to Bosch process principlesProvide Project Management support to Country Sales Managers (CSMs) in the EUMake project decisions based on data-driven insightsUtilize data to predict and manage project risksUtilize project data to drive continuous improvementSupport and drive the project management of becoming a data-driven businessCollaboration
To build effective internal and external networks to develop the aims of the businessSupport MA CSM’s across the RP-EU areaTo both gather and share data analytics insight to benefit MAGeneral Requirements
