Project Manager Mergers & Acquisitions (f/m/d) 

 

As Project Manager Mergers & Acquisitions (f/m/d) you will support and lead M&A projects by coordinating efforts across divisions and with external partners to ensure successful transactions for Bayer. This includes acquisitions, divestments and joint venture projects, all within the "Mergers & Acquisitions" team and in accordance with Bayer guidelines. 

 

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

You conduct in-depth research and analysis to shape and support M&A strategiesYou lead and actively participate in due diligence sessions, ensuring accuracy and thoroughnessYou prepare high-quality presentations and reports tailored to various stakeholdersYou support negotiation processes and keep timelines on trackYou foster effective communication between internal divisions and external partners to drive collaboration

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

You hold a university degree (f/m/d) or an equivalent qualification—an MBA is a strong plusYou bring several years of experience in corporate M&A or corporate finance advisoryYou have proven skills in financial modeling and analysisYou communicate clearly, lead confidently, and collaborate effectivelyYou are fluent in English, and additional language skills are a plus
