As Project Manager – M&A in the Corporate Legal function at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and managing M&A-related projects across the Legal groups as part of Legal Operations. You will report directly to our Senior Director of Legal Operations, and work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. This role will be instrumental in managing complex, cross-functional projects related to acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, and other strategic corporate transactions. You will work closely with Legal, Finance, HR, and M&A to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. The position is responsible for ensuring effective M&A integration or separation activities across all Legal groups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\n\n\tDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables for M&A-related projects\n\tDevelop and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets\n\tCoordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders\n\tMonitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues\n\tEnsure effective communication and reporting on project status\n\tConduct project reviews and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement\n\tPartner across the organization to develop and mature Legal Global Design Models (GDMs) related to M&A\n\tLead by example and guide others, including senior staff, to improve program management skills throughout the organization\n\tDevelop and improve resources to help the function manage and execute projects more effectively\n\n\n\n\n
