Job Description

The right candidate will support the team with the development and coordination of projects through the entire medical device life cycle. This role coordinates activities with various internal and external team members and consultants, assures team accountability in delivering on requested elements for projects, and manages multiple projects simultaneously. 


Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following

Communicate at all levels of the organization, ensuring that expectations are clear, aligned, and consistently met throughout each project lifecycle.Provide updates and project visibility to the internal and external project teams.Collaborate across all functions; sales, marketing, quality, and operations, to ensure project goals are met and initiatives stay on track.

QualificationsEducational Background: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, life sciences, or project management, is preferred.Experience: A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management within the medical device or biotechnology industry is required.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with medical device development processes, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems is essential.Leadership and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong leadership abilities and effective problem-solving skills are crucial for managing cross-functional teams and navigating complex project demands.

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster PA are encouraged to apply.
