**DESCRIPTION**
Manages, develops, and implements projects of varying complexity and size in the assigned functional area. Partners with business stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead multiple projects from inception to completion.
+ Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project.
+ Work with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals.
+ Design project plans, develop timelines, identify project milestones, and track performance against goals and timelines.
+ Identify, track, and resolve project issues.
+ Monitor and communicate project status to the project team.
+ Plan and monitor project budgets, conduct research and analysis, and provide input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.
+ Manage project risks using quality tools to identify areas of risk and work with others to identify alternatives or solutions.
+ Document and share team learnings with other teams; draw on other project team experiences to enhance project success.
+ Maintain project notes, databases, and other records; monitor measures and communicate with Project Sponsor and other stakeholders on the status of specific projects and assignments.
+ Identify and assign appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks.
+ Guide and coach team members through various stages of the project; provide developmental feedback to team members.
+ Participate in manufacturing processes for the Cylinder Head manufacturing line.
+ Participate in equipment finalization, DAP, specification finalization, trials, and final commissioning at the plant.
+ Improve layout and material flow for operational efficiency.
+ Support CAPEx and cash flow management in a timely manner.
+ Monitor project progress, highlight risks, and develop corrective actions.
+ Conduct team meetings and communicate effectively with site operations, Manufacturing Engineering (ME), Quality, and supplier teams.
+ Maintain project tracking and documentation to complete all New Business Startup (NBS) project steps.
+ Map supplier capacity and develop end-to-end Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for the new line.
+ Support the new line with Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Cummins Manufacturing System (CMS), and Industry 4.0 requirements.
+ Assist with the development and implementation of manufacturing standards and working methods using continuous improvement tools.
+ Work with internal and external resources on specific project assignments
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Qualifications:**
+ College, university, or equivalent degree required.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

+ Project Schedule Management: Managing the planned schedule using recommended tools and processes to drive completion within the agreed timeline.
+ Project Scope Management: Managing a list of project deliverables to ensure that the project includes all the work required and only the work required to complete the project successfully.
