Project Manager
As a Project Manager you are working in a multicultural team empowered to taking decisions and executing projects on time in full. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to working with various stakeholders at diversified maturities and skills.
What you can look forward to as a Project Manager:
• Project Management Support & Coaching – Assists project managers globally in defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and budgets while coaching teams for effective project execution within frameworks
• Monitoring & Risk Management – Tracks project progress, ensures KPI awareness, manages budgets, identifies risks, and develops mitigation strategies to enhance project success
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement – Facilitates meetings, fosters communication, removes obstacles, and promotes an agile mindset to improve team efficiency and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Digital Transformation & Process Enhancement – Supports LeanGoesDigital initiatives, coordinates pilot rollouts, provides training materials, and refines project management practices for continuous process improvement.
Your profile as a Project Manager:
• Academic degree in technical field or equivalent
• 2+ years of professional experience in project management
• Profound knowledge of agile management tools (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban, Backlog, burndown charts)
• Used to analyzing and solving problems, to presenting topics, to running projects and building teams
• Very good oral and written communication skills in English
