Responsible to work with all departments across the organization to gather for planning, executing, and successfully completing projects within the allotted timeline and budgetResponsible for defining the project's concept, purpose, feasibility, and goalsResponsible for creating a project plan, with appropriate tasks and timelines and budget. Responsible for working directly with senior leaders and operation staff to support the projectResponsible for communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders and CIO to appropriately inform them of progress and risk. Responsible for building strong relationships to enhance collaboration between and across divisions and functional areas. Ensure deployment of common solutions across divisions and departments. Leverage internal KPH efficiencies and best practices and serve as a conduit to facilitate implementation in other KPH areas.Assists with change readiness and prepare plans for helping stakeholders through change.Provide training and mentorship on project management methods.Responsible for driving high quality, actionable results.Apply analytical / quantitative approaches to continuous improvement problem solving; effectively obtain and use data, while utilizing statistical concepts. Establish KPI’s where appropriate. Assess availability of data to be transformed into productive and actionable knowledge. Identify information gaps.Anticipate and proactively manage program risks and issues that impact process performance.Responsible for timely completion and achievement of deliverables. Report and communicate the results from process improvement efforts to key stakeholders at executive, managerial, and operation levels.Work with KPH vendors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to identify and leverage industry best practices for KPH.Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsPerform other duties as assigned QualificationsEducation:
Minimum: AS Degree or higher in Business Management or related fieldPreferred: BA, BS or higher in Business Management.
Experience:
Required: 4-5 years previous experience in Managing complex muti-divisional projects Preferred: 3- 5 years previous experience as Supervisor in Technical or Business Management. Previous training/experience in Six Sigma preferred.

Compensation:
$92,000-95,000 Annually
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
