**Description** Tyto Athene is searching for a **Project Manager - Journeyman** to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida.Positions are located both CONUS/OCONUS at the SOUTHCOM HQ in Doral, FL, and at the TSOC and other locations abroad (GTMO, Honduras, Colombia etc.). The Journeyman Project Manager plans, leads, and manages complex projects throughout the entire ingest, testing, and fielding process while focusing on efficiency in critical project management areas such as planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment. This role helps manage schedules, track deliverables, support communication with stakeholders, and ensure program objectives are met. **Responsibilities:** + Manages specific projects by defining project requirements, scope, budget, schedule, and performance metrics + Continuously monitors and adjusts project performance, budget, and schedule, providing detailed interim progress reviews to the Government as required + Proposes and implements Government policies, standards, and methodologies while leading the development or oversight of studies, reports, and acquisition documents + Documents all support requirements in a comprehensive Project Management Plan (PMP) and maintains detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all tasks, making certain that technical and project management documentation, including acquisition documents, are accurately maintained and accessible. + Coordinates with project integrators and technical teams to ensure alignment with project goals **Qualifications** **Required:** + Associate’s degree inBusiness Administration, IT, Engineering or related field + 4-9years of project management experience + Familiarity with DoD contracting, IT lifecycle management, or government project process + Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) **Desired:** + Bachelor’s degree in related field + Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments + Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow + Previous experience supporting CONUS/OCONUS operations + ITIL v4 Foundations **Clearance:** + Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI **Certification:** + DoD 8570 Baseline & CE certifications are required for all positions and may vary slightly depending on the skillset required to perform the role + Project Managment Professional (PMP) **Location:** + Doral, Florida **About Tyto Athene** **Compensation:** + Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position.
