This role involves acting as a key technical liaison, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between internal project resources, vendors, and business stakeholders. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of IT solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives. Responsibilities: * Define program goals and KPIs aligned with strategic objectives * Lead and manage multiple innovation-focused implementation projects * Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track * Maintain project documentation and run weekly status meetings * Act as a technical liaison among internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders * Ensure alignment and communication across departments and leadership * Oversee resource allocation and ensure teams have the tools needed * Uphold quality, security, and compliance standards in IT implementations * Support change management and adoption of new technologies * Contribute directly to project tasks when needed * Develop business cases for new initiatives * Recommend corrective actions to address project risks * Travel up to 25 days per year for project-related work
