In this role you will get to manage, review, coordinate and supervise delivering infrastructure design for land development projects. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Act as the Company representative with the client and selected subcontractors during the program execution. + Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors. + Market and secures additional work with client. Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project. + Work with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of a project. Ensures that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans. + Monitor and report on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule. + Infrastructure planning for land development projects + Manage all infrastructure design for a specific portfolio + Oversee wet and dry utilities design + Oversee roads and transportation design + Stakeholder management **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Degree in civil engineering from a recognized university + Minimum 15 years experience in infrastructure for land development projects. + Efficient Technical and Communication skills + Prior experience writing design reports + Stakeholder management + Experience in obtain NOC's from clients + Familiar with regional Standards and guidelines Parsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.
