Project Manager in Healthcare
**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** **Position Purpose** Assists in the development, measurement and monitoring of goals, objectives, plans and policies established by the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Provides diverse, complex and confidential services for the CFO, and secondary support to executive team members as requested. Plans, develops and implements strategic initiatives. Coordinates and synchronizes the efforts of several multi-functional and/or geographically dispersed work teams. Manages strategic assignments for the CFO including, but not limited to new business opportunities; data analysis and research; coordination of consultants; development and administration of the CFO's budget; preparation of presentations; compilation and review of daily and monthly reports and preparation of responses to correspondence from various groups including businesses and patients. Serves as a liaison to System Office and Regional Health Ministry leadership. **What you will do** + Serve in a leadership capacity planning role, executing and managing the implementation of new businesses, services or operational opportunities + Project management requiring strategic planning, business development, supply chain management, process improvement, financial and/or associate management, hospital and health network operations + Prepare and present reports and recommendations to the Senior Leadership Council (SLC) + Provide assistance to executives in researching and developing themes/trends in response to internal and external requests + Respond to a wide variety of inquiries and requests for action requiring appropriate independent investigation, follow-up and response + Research and analyze operational and market trends and statistics, including analysis of system competitors; translate research findings into conceptual ideas/rationale and recommends appropriate actions, viable solutions or innovative approaches **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in business, health care or related area + Five years of project management and/or consulting experience in health care operations or an equivalent combination of education and work experience; Master's degree (MBA, MHA) and/or Management Fellowship experience is strongly preferred + PMP or similar Project Management Certification preferred + Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of management principles, practices, methods, techniques and skills in integrating management systems within a health care delivery system + Ability to translate technical matters to clinical and operations staff; effectively identify, assess and facilitate improvements and resolutions **Position Highlights and Benefits** + Full time salaried 40hr + Excellent Benefits starting day 1 + Local Residency expected, but may not be required for the right candidate + Applicants for this position must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor an employment visa for this position **Ministry/Facility Information** Trinity Health Of New England is an integrated health care delivery system comprised of world-class providers and facilities dedicated to the full spectrum of preventive, acute, and post-acute care, all delivered with the triple aim of better health, better care, and lower costs for our patient populations **Our Commitment** Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
