Job Description Summary

Position Objective:

As a Ground Protection Project Manager, you will be responsible for the installation and breakdown of all assigned Ground Protection events and access jobs nationwide including coordinating with the Strategic Customer Support Team and Branch personnel for all required equipment, trucking schedules, labor calls and any other related operational needs.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of ground protection specialists, allocating tasks and resources efficientlyOversee all aspects of ground protection projects, from planning to execution, ensuring on-time completionEnforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Conduct safety briefings and inspections to maintain a safe work environmentDocument project activities from daily notes, labor logs, progress reports, and all other necessary documentation as part of the protocol for each project and report status to upper managementProvide guidance, coaching, and training to ground protection specialists, promoting a culture of excellence and teamworkFoster open and effective communication with clients, addressing their needs, providing project updates, and ensuring overall satisfactionWork with truck drivers and freight brokers on an efficient execution of all product deliveriesCoordinate logistics including equipment transportation and maintenanceOversee temporary labor on-site

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalentExtensive travel (Greater than 75% Nationwide)Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated success in developing relationshipsExcellent written and verbal communicatorStrong business and technical acumen, good analytical skillsGood project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesUnderstands basic knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet and Wynne systemExcellent knowledge of construction equipment (forklifts, skidsteers, loaders, etc.)Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.OSHA 10 or 30 preferred

Base Pay Range: $69,872.00 - 96,074.00
