Project Overview: This project initiative aims to optimize our telecom services and reduce costs by reviewing and renegotiating expired circuit contracts, eliminating redundant Wavelength/P2P connections, and migrating CRG international wireline services to TFS standards. Role Scope / Deliverables: This request is for a Project Manager and necessary resources to oversee and drive this initiative, coordinate between different teams, manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications. We also need assistance from the resources below . Network Architect to assess the current telecom infrastructure. Identify and document redundant P2P connections and non-standard wireline services. Develop a strategic plan to optimize the network. Network Engineer to execute the technical assessment of existing services. Provide detailed reports on the current state of the network.
