As a Project Manager II at Lennar Technology Group IT, you will play a critical role in developing solutions to complex and evolving questions, providing technical leadership, and leading multiple teams. You will be recognized as an expert in your field, guiding peers and junior associates, and addressing large, open-ended problems with innovative approaches. Your expertise in project lifecycle management, product development, and strategic outcome delivery will be key to ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to scope.

Your Responsibilities on the Team 

Provide expert technical leadership and guidance to peers and junior associates.

Serve as a resource across Lennar and within the industry for your professional field.

Develop solutions to large, open-ended complex problems requiring novel approaches.

Lead multiple teams of varying sizes through the project lifecycle, regardless of methodology.

Ensure strategic outcomes are understood and delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.

Expertly manage all aspects of the project lifecycle including Integration, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resources, Communication, Risk, Procurement, and Stakeholder Management.

Possess proficient knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle.

Collaborate with product teams to ensure successful product delivery and lifecycle management.

Exhibit polished communication skills, both written and verbal.

Shape messages appropriately to the audience and agenda, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of career experience in project management

 Proven experience in leading multiple large projects and teams.

Expert in Project Lifecycle management.

Proficient in Product Development Lifecycle.

Novice to expert capabilities in ensuring strategic outcomes.

Expert knowledge in Integration, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resources, Communication, Risk, Procurement, and Stakeholder Management.

 Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to facilitate solution-oriented meetings and sessions.

PMP certification preferred.

Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, XP, etc.), Waterfall/Predictive methodologies required.

Familiarity with SAFe, Lean (Kanban), and Product Management is a plus.
