Project Manager II will be responsible for various projects with a key focus on medium to high-risk projects. This can be demonstrated through projects with costs typically in the range of $1-10M or can be a combined portfolio of projects with increasing cost and complexity. All project managers equally work on expense or low cost/risk projects.
Must be able to manage and organize a large workload for timely completion of projects through the programming, approval, design, construction, occupancy, and project close out phases. Able to effectively manage projects that may require committee approvals, sensitive projects, and must require coordination and interaction with a diverse group of departments, vendors, and Industry Partners for successful project delivery.
5 years experience in project management, process improvement and Lean/six sigma related work. Demonstrated work in Facilities (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, and Healthcare) preferred.Education Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required with a preference in organizational management, industrial engineering, business administration, finance or related field.

Professional background in the following fields preferred: Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
