Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely and flawless execution.Develop comprehensive project plans to determine prioritization, timelines, and deliverables.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement project objectives.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to compete efficiently.Share project updates, challenges, and wins with collaborators.Ensure all projects adhere strictly to company policies and quality standards.Keys to Success:
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualificationPMP certification is a plusExperience
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a scientific or technical environment.Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to handle competing demands.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in project management software tools.Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years’) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.Years of experience refers to typical years of related experience needed to gain the required knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the job. Years of experience are not to be used as the only determining factor in establishing the job class or making employment selection decisions.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
