They will communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout the Program Increment (PI), maintain and execute the PI plan, and help raise awareness and mitigate risks.
They will direct the day-to-day activities of analysts, engineers, developers, and other IS personnel for the duration of the PI. The PM, in conjunction with the User & Endpoint Systems leadership and other Scrum Masters, is responsible for the success of the PI plan, and ensuring committed work is completed on schedule and the flow of value is optimized for the agile team(s) they manage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Agile coaching and facilitation of all SAFe ceremoniesPlanning and facilitating Program Increment ceremoniesRemoves impediments and provides visibility and/or escalation to leadershipFosters a positive and productive environment within the agile teamMonitors sprint work closely, proactively manages dependencies, and ensures committed work is delivered on timeKeeps team organized and focusedUnderstands the context and status of each feature and story in the PI planThis position is on-site and will reside in the greater Seattle, WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

Expected base salary: $80,000 to $125,000
