Program Manager – Delivery Governance
Location: Trivandrum, Kochi, Chennai, Bangalore
Experience Range:
10+ years in Program/Delivery Management, with a strong focus on Governance in IT/Telco/Enterprise environments
Must Have Skills:
Program/Delivery Management: Minimum 10 years of experience, ideally within Telco, IT Governance, or large enterprise programs.
Governance & Compliance Expertise: Strong understanding of governance frameworks, KPI/SLA management, and compliance enforcement.

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage with VP-level stakeholders and deliver executive-level reporting.
QBR/Review Preparation: Ownership of Quarterly Business Review (QBR) content, including metric insights, risk identification, and improvement plans.
Communication & Presentation: Exceptional skills in articulating governance metrics, reports, and outcomes.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data, spot anomalies, and recommend improvements.
Self-Leadership: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of leading governance initiatives independently.
Good to Have Skills:
Industry Background: Prior experience in Telco or One IT Governance environments.
Executive Governance Reviews: Familiarity with MBRs (Monthly Business Reviews) and senior-level governance reporting.
Agile & DevOps Knowledge: Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps/Engineering Excellence practices.
Process Innovation: Ability to identify and drive improvements in governance processes and tooling adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of One IT Governance across multiple workstreams.
Ensure strict compliance with IT standards, KPIs/SLAs, and tool adoption.
Identify and address governance anomalies in collaboration with the One IT team.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align governance outcomes with delivery expectations.
Orchestrate and lead the QBR process—collecting metrics, generating insights, and highlighting risks and improvement areas.
Maintain centralized dashboards/repositories for governance metrics, compliance, and improvement initiatives.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, process excellence, and innovation in governance practices.
