This role coordinates with various stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate project progress, and mitigate risks to ensure project objectives are met. **The value you'll bring to the team:** + Leads the analysis of vendor proposals, formulates the project plan, coordinates vendors, builds and conductstests, and tracks project progress. + Applies expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to manage moderate-sizedprojects. + Works independently within technical areas, applying in-depth knowledge of multiple technologies asappropriate. + Understands architectural issues and factors them into decisions and recommendations. + Understands customer requirements and their impact on the technical direction of a solution. + Anticipates how technology enhancements will affect other business areas and assesses tradeoffs betweenbusiness needs, technology requirements, and costs. + Helps customers define requirements, clarify current and future technology needs, and determine how to bestmeet their needs. + Analyzes cross-technology and cross-platform issues, evaluating the technical and economic feasibility ofproposed solutions. **The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:** **Minimum qualifications** : + Bachelors degree + 2 Work Experience + Knowledge in interrelationship of various divisions and administrations, organizations mission, itsrelationship to other institutions if any. + Ability to analyze statistical data and present ideas and recommendations both orally and in writing. + Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management staff,private organizations and special interest groups. + High degree of judgment and originality to interpret the laws and regulations and to assist in thedevelopment of department and office policies, standard concepts, and administrative procedures. **Preferred qualifications** : + Master's degree This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
