The Opportunity:

Supporting PMs for PMM compliance documentation. Using ALM & HPQC tools to keep a track of the project. Setting up calls with cross functional teams to understand if any help is needed and to resolve issues. Supporting Hypercare activities by setting up queues and liaison with ServiceNow teams for project setup in ServiceNow Hypercare. Tracking hypercare tickets status and following up with the ticket owners . Supporting ITC and UAT testing by setting up HPQ and following up on defects. Supporting cutover activities before the code is deployed into production
