Our client is looking to stand up a Project Management Office (PMO) with the objective of creating a centralized department that establishes and maintains project management standards, processes, and best practices within an organization for electric distribution projects and operations. The primary goal is to ensure projects are executed efficiently, align with organizational objectives, and achieve desired outcomes.
Evergreen is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Work Order Project Manager to manage a team of Data Technicians to support work order reconciliation efforts within utility operations. This Project Manager will oversee a team of Data Technicians, drive quality control and quality assurance efforts and identify a long-term plan to eliminate a WO backlog in the future.
Our WO PM will be managing the data technicians and performing Quality Assurance and Quality control while tracking and identifying overarching gaps and trends to ensure that we can document process improvement along the way. This Work Order PM will implement best practices to minimize O&M leakage during the reconciliation process while collaborating with internal teams to solve issues and provide status updates/reports. This role pays between 39.48-48.25/hr.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum 5-8 years of management and leadership experience (preferably in the utility or energy industry)
Bachelors Degree required.
Proven experience with the ability to review and reconcile large volumes of work order data, identifying discrepancies, and implementing improvement systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and SharePoint.
Familiarity with work order systems, asset management, and operational workflows.
Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and documentation accuracy.
Proven experience of looking at larger problems, identifying gaps or problems statements, and being able to create actionable items to create efficiencies.
Experience performing QA/QC on work order and/or project closeout packets Working within or standing up PMO structure
CAPM/PMP Certification through PMI null
