We are seeking an experienced Program Manager /PMO with a strong background in managing complex technical initiatives, particularly within the banking and regulatory reporting space. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in creating executive-level presentations, managing cross-functional teams, and driving project execution through Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: + Lead end-to-end technical project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. + Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including technical, business, and quantitative model teams. + Create and deliver high-impact presentations and reports for senior management, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights. + Utilize Agile frameworks and tools (e.g., JIRA) to manage sprint planning, tracking, and reporting. + Maintain clear communication across teams and ensure transparency in project progress. + Manage project documentation, risk tracking, and compliance reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: + Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager on large-scale technology initiatives. + Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with attention to both detail and big-picture strategy. + Expertise in project management tools and methodologies. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). + Banking domain experience is required, with a focus on regulatory frameworks such as CCAR, BASEL, and SOX.
