Job Description A travel client based in Woodland Hills is seeking a Project Manager to join their cybersecurity team, which consists of approximately ten members, including analysts, engineers, and project managers. The client is seeking a highly independent and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple cybersecurity and internal security initiatives. This role operates in a fast-paced, agile environment and requires strong collaboration with the PMO team while maintaining direct reporting alignment with senior leadership. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence in Woodland Hills, CA three days per weekMonday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Responsibilities: Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously: Oversee a portfolio of cybersecurity and internal security projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Drive Security Roadmap Initiatives: Lead the execution of strategic security initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated. Agile Project Management: Operate within an agile framework, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the PMO team to ensure process alignment, while reporting directly to Ramin for strategic direction. Tool Utilization: Manage project tracking and documentation using Jira, ServiceNow, and SharePoint. Timeline Facilitation: Develop, maintain, and communicate project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Independent Execution: Operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of project delivery from initiation through closure. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and dependencies. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of IT Project management experience, at least 2 of which in a large enterprise environment   Proficient in Jira, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.   Proven experience managing complex security or IT projects in an agile environment.
