Job Title: Project Manager - Human Resources

Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options 
Position Type: Multiyear Contract 

Candidates must have at least 5 years of PM experience with some experience managing technical projects in an HR environment (experience 5-10 years).

Description:
This PM role is dedicated to leading the enterprise-wide implementation of candidate selection assessments. The project is in its early stages and will require coordination across all levels of the organization including legal, compliance, HR, and business unit leadership.

The work will involve technology implementation, change management, and strategic communication planning. The PM will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and an external consulting firm supporting the initiative, ensuring alignment, risk mitigation, and successful adoption across the enterprise.

Required Skill Sets: Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of risk management and process improvement techniques
Minimum Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
