Financial planning, resource management & analysis experienceInfrastructure technical backgroundITIL & PM Certification, excel master, project management tools (i.e. MS Project) expertiseProgram and portfolio work and resource management extensive and proven experienceManagement of strategic portfolio of projects to ensure alignment and compliance in scope, time, quality and budgetManagement and monitor the progress of the project portfolio, periodically delivering status reports and financial reports to managers and stakeholders, up to Director level.Effective identification and management of the risks and issues of the project portfolio; skills to influence and manage mitigation actions, recommending actions and scaling the risks they expose to the company.Responsible for a properly execution of processes and company methodology.Understand the business needs and priorities and, based on those, contribute to the manufacturing plan for the unit.Participates in the definition of business priorities and remains connected to business sponsors, external forums, vendors, other banks of the group and Corporate.Leads the implementation: manage implementation teams, report progress to executive level suggests necessary adjustments to the designed solution.
