Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Project Manager - GIS Geospatial for a contract hybrid (onsite and remote) role. This is a twelve-month contract assignment with possibility of extension. In person interviews are required and some onsite work is required at a downtown Phoenix location. Summary: A local municipality is undergoing a major GIS transformation, migrating its existing Geometric Network (GN) for water, sewer, and storm drain infrastructure to ESRI's Utility Network (UN). This initiative is designed to improve system functionality, enhance data quality, and enable advanced analytics. We are seeking a GIS Project Manager to lead the technical execution of this migration and serve as the primary liaison between the municipality and ESRI's support team. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and refine the detailed migration plan * Validate Proof of Concept and Utility Network implementation * Oversee updates to APIs and GIS applications * Deliver validation reports, training manuals, and project documentation * Provide oversight and guidance to the GIS applications team
