［業務内容］Responsibilities

海外向け鉄道信号システム案件のプロジェクト管理業務

海外現地のチームメンバーおよびサプライヤーと連携しプロジェクトの計画立案から実施、完了に至るまでの全工程のプロジェクト管理業務体制の立ち上げ、役割割り当て、WBS作成依頼とプロジェクトリスク作成を依頼リスク分析を実施し回避策などをプロジェクトチームと検討協議し作成、共有リスク分析と回避策をステアリングコミッティと共有しプロジェクト管理計画に反映プロジェクト進捗状態の把握に必要な情報収集とレポートを作成、全プロジェクト関係者と共有進捗状況からリスク分析を実施し、適宜プロジェクトチームと共有しリスク回避策を執行、ステアリングコミッティとも共有これらのすべての活動がスムーズかつ迅速に行えるようなコミュニケーションの整備とコントロールを行う

Collaborate with overseas team members and suppliers to manage the entire project process from planning to implementation and completionEstablish organizational structure, assign roles, and request the creation of a WBS and project risksConduct risk analysis and discuss, create, and share avoidance measures with the project team.Share risk analysis and avoidance measures with the steering committee and reflect them in the project management planCollect information and create reports necessary to understand the project progress. ■必須要件■Must Have

＜以下の業務において3年～5年間の経験＞

TCMSまたはPLC/SCADAを使った制御システム設計経験TCMSまたはPLC/SCADAシステムの要求分析、要件定義経験TCMSまたはPLC/SCADAシステムのシステムテスト仕様作成およびテスト実施経験1年程度の期間の開発プロジェクトのプロジェクト計画書、WBSなどの作成経験TCMSまたはPLC/SCADAシステムのテスト結果報告書作成経験

＜以下の知識＞

鉄道車両制御システムあるいはPLC/SCADAシステムが適用される何らかの産業分野の業務知識Ethernet(IPネットワーク)の構成、V LANネットワークの知識V字モデル開発の知識構成管理の知識トレーサビリティに関する知識

Experience in project management of medium to large-scale railway signaling systemsExperience in medium to large-scale signaling system design and signaling system equipment design and development

   

Technical and legal knowledge of railway signaling systems and vehicle control systems.Technical knowledge of Ethernet networks/Wifi networks/3G, 4G data communication networksKnowledge of VLAN networksKnowledge of the IEC62280 standardKnowledge of RAMSKnowledge of configuration managementKnowledge of traceability
