You and your job

As a Project Manager in the FEC Global Sanctions Change & Portfolio Team, you play a critical role in ensuring that Rabobank meets Sanctions requirements and effectively manages Sanctions risks.

As a Project Manager you will have an essential  role in realizing the strategic agenda of the Sanctions pillar. You will manage one or more strategic projects and ensure the project goals are realized timely. You will be responsible to translate the project goals into an ambitious but realistic project plan, setting up the required project organization, oversee and report on  progress and impediments and managing stakeholders expectations.

The Sanctions landscape is a complex, dynamic and challenging field, it requires a creative mindset and proactive approach to fulfil our Sanctions purpose: Together we safeguard our customers, the bank and society by detecting and preventing sanctions violations. A role with impact.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience and a minimum of 8 years in a (full time) Project Manager role in a professional environment;You have experience in Banking and/or the FEC domain and the topics of FEC, Sanctions and geopolitics interest you;You have knowledge of and experience in working with complex (technical) platforms, risk frameworks and banking infrastructure;You are curious, you like to know what you are projects are about so you read up on your topic and are pro-active in understanding the context and stakeholder field of your projects. You are risk minded and understand the importance of risk mindedness in FEC projects;You have persuasive power and are able to get things and people moving to achieve your goals. You bring issues timely to the right table. You have strong stakeholder management skills;You are structured, hands-on, you think ahead and are a good planner. You know your way around project management tooling (we use AzureDevOps, Power BI) and Powerpoint;Our languages of communication are English and Dutch. You speak and especially write English on an advanced level.  (Advanced level C1/C2);
